What are the Terms & Conditions?
- Every customer that spends AED500 on any products is eligible to take part in the Big Game Competition.
- Customers must present their receipt at the registration counter and sign up to be a circle member to participate.
- Customers who spend AED 500 and above and participate in the shoot and win are automatically entered in the raffle draw to win the Grand Prize (home entertainment setup to watch the UEFA Euro Cup 2024 Finals).
- 1 transaction allows the customer for only 1 entry to participate in the Shoot and Win.
- Customers should present the transaction receipt/s to the staff at the activation area in Virgin Megastore Yas Mall, which will be verified and stamped before allowing to participate.
- Customers that make a purchase online need to present their E-receipt to the staff in Virgin Megastore Yas Mall to participate in the Big Game Competition.
- The prize will be awarded only and within the UAE. In case the winner of the raffle draw is not a legal resident of the UAE or resides outside of the UAE, it shall be his/her sole responsibility to bear all travel costs to collect the prize (i.e. travel tickets, visa requirements) and all logistical costs for exporting and transporting the prize from the Mall of the Emirates. All other taxes, expenses and incidentals not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are the winner's sole responsibility.
- Receipts already validated cannot be reused to enter the activation area on any other day with the activation period.
- Instant Prize winners will be awarded prizes on the spot in the Virgin Megastore Yas Mall and shall only be able to claim the prize by presenting adequate personal identification (Emirates ID, passport or valid driver license with photo ID). If the Customer is unreachable, the prize will be forfeited by the customer, and customer shall not have any right to claim any damages or compensation whatsoever from Virgin Megastore.
- Prize substitution, refund or cash equivalent claims are not permitted in any way whatsoever.
- All transactions during the Big Game campaign (i.e., from 21st June 2024 and ends on the 31st June 2024 are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
- The prize of the Grand Prize winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable to any other individual and cannot be requested by the winner and no cash alternative is offered. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
